Coordinates and manages staff and programming for the Bright Futures program.

Vanessa Brister, MSW

Planned Re-Entry Program (PREP) Coordinator

Coordinates and manages staff and programming for the Planned Re-Entry Program.


Volunteer Coordinator

Coordinates all volunteer programming including strategic volunteer staff support and service opportunities such as mentors/case managers, operations projects, and arts and culture workshops. Collaborates with Probation on various volunteer opportunities.

Cherie Morales-Armendariz

Family Support Specialist

Provides case management and facilitates workshops for families involved in our Planned Re-Entry Program (PREP).


Program Specialist

Provides pregnant and parenting services to in and out-of-custody youth and their parents.

Provides employment and educational support to youth and young adults in order to reduce recidivism.


Advocacy Specialist

Coordinates advocacy and civic engagement opportunities for and with clients, with a focus on reducing stigma surrounding youth involved in justice and child welfare systems. As part of reducing stigma, focuses on increasing resources, opportunities, and employment pathways for this population that face multiple barriers and risk factors.
