per diem (on call)
Focus Forward has an open recruitment for per diem positions to provide Foster Youth Supervision (FYS) services during non-traditional hours. FYS staff will supervise youth placed into protective custody by the Fresno County Department of Social Services (DSS)/Child Welfare Services (CWS). Services are provided on an, as-needed basis. Staff must be able to be on call:
Monday through Thursday: 5:00pm - 8:30am
From Friday 5:00pm - 8:30am the following Monday; and
All Fresno County holidays from 5:00pm the day before the holiday - 8:30am the following workday.
FYS services may include multiple youth at once, youth exhibiting extreme behaviors, and youth that are victims of sexual abuse.
